Pressjitsu provides websites hosting services to its customers. The Pressjitsu brand is managed by Rackly OÜ (LLC) which is registered at the following address:

Application of the Terms of Service
When creating an account on Pressjitsu you are asked to accept these Terms as a precondition of us providing our services to you. If you do not agree with the totality of these Terms, then our services are not available for you to use.
Pressjitsu reserves the right to update and change the Terms at any time with immediate effect. If we make any changes, we will notify you by email and by updating the Last updated date on this page. By continuing to use our services after we have updated the Terms you are accepting the changes made to the Terms. If you do not agree to the changes in the Terms, you must stop using our services and terminate this Agreement as well as your account within five (5) days of receiving notification from us. In order to stay up to date with the changes, please review our Terms periodically. Pressjitsu is not liable for your failure to receive notification of the updating of the Terms.
Pressjitsu is a WordPress Hosting Company
Pressjitsu’s customers are allowed to only run websites based on the WordPress open source project.
We do, however, allow additional scripts and products to be used in conjunction with your WordPress site without guarantee or liability for any undesired effects on your site. These scripts and products can include advertising servers and scripts for collecting statistics and they must be an essential part of your WordPress site, so you may not, for example, run an independent ad-serving network, or a SugarCRM instance, but you could easily run a WordPress-based CRM if you need one.
The Data Protection Act 1998, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426), and all applicable laws and regulations relating to the processing of personal data as amended, re-enacted, replaced or superseded from time to time will be upheld to the highest standard by Pressjitsu.
You are in control of all your Personal Data. Pressjitsu, as the data processor, will fully disclose what we collect, why, and how we store and process it. Personal Data is processed and stored to the extent necessary for the purposes of performing our obligations as a hosting company. Only persons authorized by Pressjitsu will have access to process your Personal Data, and we will uphold appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the Personal Data and protect the rights of the data subject, with particular regard to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to it.
Pressjitsu will not engage another processor of the Personal Data without your prior consent, save for the payment processors, data storage, and hosting service providers needed to provide the Services. At your request, we will delete or return to you all Personal Data, and delete all existing copies at the end of this agreement, unless applicable law requires their retention. Moreover, we will make available to you all information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with the obligations, and allow for and contribute to reasonable audits, including inspections, conducted by you or your representative.
We will provide reasonable assistance to you in respect of responding to requests from data subjects to exercise their rights, ensuring the security of processing Personal Data, notifying data breaches to the supervisory authority and communicating them to the data subject, conducting privacy impact assessments and prior consultation with the supervisory authority if needed ahead of an impact assessment, if necessary and at your expense; and without undue delay after becoming aware of a Personal Data security breach, notify you and provide reasonable assistance to you in dealing with the breach.
You will have to make your own data protection arrangements for your End Users and their Personal Data. Fortunately, WordPress 4.5.6+ provides WordPress site admins with the necessary tools to do so adequately. Protect yourself from breaches, losses, liability, and damages by keeping your PHP code audited as well as your plugins and themes up-to-date.
Abuse, Spam, Sexually Explicit Content, etc.
You are not allowed to use the Pressjitsu platform for spam, abuse, sexually explicit content, and other activities illegal in the United States or the European Union. Pressjitsu is not responsible for any content hosted on our customers’ sites unless explicitly uploaded by a Pressjitsu employee. You are not allowed to host copyright-protected material without the permission or proper crediting of the copyright holder. Any incoming DMCA request will be forwarded to the e-mail address associated with your account and you’ll be given five days to comply with the request or file a counter-request.
Non-US government requests will also be forwarded to the e-mail address on file, however, you reserve the right to not comply with such requests at your own risk.
Payments and Billing
Upon signing up with Pressjitsu, you are required to choose a Plan, Billing Period (either monthly or annual) and immediately pay the due amount in advance. After a successful payment, our services will be available for you to use based on the Plan that you chose.
The Subscription to your chosen Plan will automatically renew after the last day of your pre-paid Billing Period. In case of a monthly Subscription, your card will be billed every month and in case of an annual Subscription, your card will be billed every year on the same day that you made the original purchase of your Subscription or the next closest day possible.
If the payment for the renewal of your Subscription fails, you will be sent a notification about the failure of payment and given five days to resolve the issue, after which your payment card is billed again. If after five days the payment still fails, your account may be suspended.
Pressjitsu.com offers a 30-day refund policy with all new Subscriptions. If you are unhappy with the Pressjitsu platform and wish to cancel your Subscription, you must notify our customer support within 30 days of starting your Subscription. After this 30-day period, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
You will receive a full refund for the total amount of your pre-paid Subscription Fee if you notify our customer support within the first 30 days of your Subscription. However, if during these first 30 days you have used the WordPress Speed Optimization service (worth $999) offered by Pressjitsu, the amount of $999 for each optimized site will be deducted from your refund. If the total cost of performed WordPress Speed Optimizations exceeds the Subscription Fee then you will not receive a refund. We won’t charge you for the negative amount either, though.
You may also receive a full refund of your Subscription Fee in case the Pressjitsu faster page speed promise is breached. The Pressjitsu faster page speed promise guarantees that once the migration of your site to our platform has been completed, your average monthly page speed will improve compared to your previous hosting provider. If this is not the case after one month from your site’s migration, you may request a full refund of your Subscription Fee. We will process your request and if your average monthly page speed does indeed happen to be lower than with your previous hosting provider, we will migrate your site back to your previous host. Please keep in mind that data measurements done by Pressjitsu are the only valid source for measuring page speed and other data such as uptime.
The refund will be processed by our team and the final amount will be refunded to the active payment method that is associated with the refundable Subscription.
WordPress Speed Optimization Service
Each Pressjitsu Plan includes a number of 8-hour WordPress speed optimizations (worth $999 each) performed on your site. The numbers per Plan are as follows:

When you get a Subscription to a Plan, you receive the indicated number of WordPress speed optimizations for your sites that have been migrated to Pressjitsu servers. One optimization service will be carried out on a single site. Several optimizations can be performed on one site if your subscription has unused optimization services. One optimization service includes up to 8 hours of work and any possible left-over time is not aggregated or carried over to another optimization service or other site.
The number of WordPress speed optimizations does not renew upon renewal of an existing Subscription. If you purchase an additional Subscription, you receive an additional number of WordPress speed optimizations.
You can request your WordPress site to be speed-optimized by our expert WordPress developers by contacting support through any means mentioned on the Contact page. After requesting the optimization, our team may ask for some additional information before performing an audit of your site. The audit is followed by assembling a list of recommended tasks for improving performance, cloning your live site to a staging server, and carrying the mentioned tasks out safely on the staging server. Then, our developers will contact you to discuss the tasks that we could perform and – in case there are any – the tasks that were not reasonable or possible.
Pressjitsu reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of violation of the Terms. These can include but are not limited to hosting copyright-infringing content on your site, failure to pay for your Subscription after a five day reminder period, or any other illegal activity performed through your site.
In case of an account suspension, a special 14-day backup retention period applies to your sites instead of the backup retention period featured in your Plan. The most recent backups of your sites will be kept for 14 days, after which your site may be deleted. To get access to your backups, contact support.
Pressjitsu is not responsible for any loss of content, profits, revenue, cost savings, data, or content, or any other damages that may result from account suspension and the deletion of a suspended account. Any money-back guarantees or SLAs are not applicable if an account is suspended.
Limitation of Liability
Pressjitsu is not responsible for any loss of content, profits, revenue, cost savings, data, or content, or any other direct or indirect damages that may result from a user’s actions on their website, or any other interruption in the provision of Pressjitsu’s services due to events beyond our reasonable control (for example: force majeure, third party conduct/acts, faults and malfunctions of the machines, software and other equipment). Only in the case of Downtime will Pressjitsu take responsibility and offer compensation in the ways that are described in the 99.99% Uptime Service-Level Agreement.
Termination of Service
You may terminate your ordered service any time by contacting our customer support.
You may also terminate your whole account, including deletion of all data related to your account on Pressjitsu servers. This can be done on the Pressjitsu Dashboard, under the Account tab.
