WordPress 4.7 has been released a few moments ago, and includes a brand new default theme, starter content support, video headers, custom CSS, menu management improvements, content endpoints for the REST API, and much more.

From 482 contributors worldwide, WordPress 4.7 is the latest and greatest core release. You can learn about all the exciting updates in this release from the announcement post on WordPress.org. If you’re a WordPress theme or plugin developer, we highly recommend reading through the 4.7 field guide on the make/core blog, which sums up all the major changes every WordPress professional should be aware of.

We’ve started testing and upgrading Pressjitsu servers to WordPress 4.7 and will continue rolling it out to all of our customers within the next few days. If you experience any problems that could have been caused by the upgrade, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our support team.
